This low-key bar is located at White Plains in Quezon City. If you are a vinyl lover, this is definitely the place to go to. Housing over 10,000 different vinyls, this bar is reminiscent of the jazz era. 78-53-86 only serves popcorn (as to not accidentally get grease on the vinyls) but their specialty cocktail named after the owner’s favorite Miles Davis record, In a Silent Way, is made from Japanese whiskey, and a must-try when you visit!

Visit 78-53-86 at White Plains West 42 Katipunan Avenue White Plains, Quezon City

1. 1824 Whisky and Cigar Bar

1824 Bar

Located in Makati, on the second floor of the Discovery Primea Hotel, this whisky bar is named after the year 1824 when the first single malt distillery was legalized. Whiskey isn’t the only thing to visit there, though. 1824 also has a special menu of selected whiskey and cigar pairings to choose from. But if that’s not your thing, they also have a selection of recommend food to pair your whiskey with (like warm chocolate truffles to pair with any single malt).
