Chef Miko Aspiras, the man behind this cool new concept shared his love for cookies with me and how Scout’s Honor came to life. He said that he got his inspiration from the famous Girl Scout Cookies in the US. Chef Miko said that cookies are his comfort dessert. They’re mine, too!

These are just SOME of the cookie recipes Chef Mike has prepared for us to dream about!
I was lucky to try and experience his Samoas Dreams (coconut + caramel + salt on sable + breton cookie + striped with dark chocolate), Matcha Sesame (green tea + milk + chocolate chip cookie sandwich + roasted black sesame + white chocolate filling), S’mores-Tag-Alongs (double shortbread cookie + milk chocolate layers + topped with campfire marshmallows + sprinkled with graham crumble) and Cereal Cookie Bar (molasses oatmeal cookie + topped with american buttercream and cereals)! Whew! All of them are really good and have a unique addicting factor! My personal favorite is the Samoas Dreams.
