It’s official: Two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and his longtime girlfriend, Chloe San Jose, are finally engaged.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Carlos revealed that he popped the question nine months ago, with Chloe giving him the sweetest “Yes.”
“And all I can say and all I can feel, is that I am truly blessed. Blessed to love you. Blessed to be loved by you. Blessed to have you as my fiancé and, soon, as my forever,” he wrote.
He added: “Mahal ko, pangako kong aalagaan, mamahalin, at poprotektahan kita sa lahat ng panahon. Sa hirap at ginhawa, sa saya at pagsubok, pipiliin kita araw-araw. At sa biyaya ng Diyos, makakasama kita hanggang sa buhay na walang hanggan.”
The highly decorated gymnast also expressed his gratitude to the Lord for letting them experience an unwavering and unconditional kind of love.
“Thank You, Lord, for writing our story so beautifully and for being with us every step of the way. Here’s to our love, our faith, and forever together,” he added.
Carlos Yulo and Chloe San Jose started dating in 2020, and since then, have maintained a strong and public dating profile.
