I’ve heard a lot about Disney’s Magical Ice Festival this year and since my daughter and I have been watching Disney on Ice every year since she was old enough to appreciate it, I knew we had to get tickets to this year’s Magical Ice Festival, as well… especially since the main focus of it is Frozen, a Disney movie that has not been seen performed on ice in the Philippines so far.
Aside from Frozen, though, there are also several other classic favourites that we are sure to enjoy. Here are 4 particular songs that we can’t wait to see live on ice this year:

4. Under the Sea from The Little Mermaid
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from watching Disney on Ice year after year, it’s that the more characters are on the ice skating rink, the more fun ensues. That’s why I can’t wait to see all of the underwater creatures from The Little Mermaid perform this upbeat number at Disney’s Magical Ice Festival this holiday season!
3. Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast
For the same reason as stated above, I can only imagine how magical, lively and fun it will be to see Lumiere dish out Be Our Guest along with all of the silverware and other characters present at Belle’s first night out exploring the castle.
2. I’ve Got a Dream from Tangled
Another fun, character-filled song to watch on ice would be I’ve Got a Dream from Tangled, which we already saw performed at Disney on Ice last year. This song is made all the more special on ice with Max, Flynn’s horse, stealing the show.
1. Let It Go from Frozen
Now, as much as I’d like to say the trolls stole the show and made a fun character-filled song amazing in Frozen (which they did), it is pretty clear that the piece de resistance of Disney’s Magical Ice Festival will be none other than Queen Elsa taking the stage and making Frozen come to life with Let It Go. Elsa. On Ice. Singing Let It Go. Well worth the money right there!
