This dish tends to surprise people because, well, you don’t really think about mixing corned beef and sinigang. The best part about this dish at Sentro is that the chef will let you taste the broth first to find out what your tastebuds would like. When it comes to burgers, it seems like I’ve seen them in all shapes and sizes, but I’ve never seen a burger so seemingly harmless make my guy friends give up on eating. I have yet to find a person who can eat this baby in one sitting. It’s good. It’s just incredibly filling!

Flavored beer isn’t really anything new anymore, but what I saw at The Plantation was pretty different: a mug of delicious Speculoos-flavored beer. If you love caramel beer and you have a sweet tooth by nature, order the Speculoos beer. They’ve got Salted Caramel Beer, too, along with many other flavours.
