Royal Fireworks of the Netherlands wins overall with an average score of 97.60, with Polaris Fireworks of China coming in at 1st runner up with 96.52, followed by Grupo Luso of Portugal with 96.44 at the 2nd runner up spot.
The criteria for judging include variety and intensity of colors (10%), coverage of display (15%), synchronization to music (20%), choreography(10%), general presentation (15%), crowd appreciation (10%), and technical safety (20%).
