The matcha craze never ends! From frozen green tea to cheesecake, matcha is being infused into food in more and more creative ways. For the month of September, Filipinos can celebrate their love for the matcha trend at the country’s first ever matcha-themed event held at Resorts World Manila.

Nori Fried Chicken with Matcha Waffle by Kettle – Php399

One of the only two savoury dishes being offered, this spin on Kettle’s famous buttermilk fried chicken is a must-try before you go get your matcha desserts. The nori chicken is seasoned with Cajun and has an Asian-style marinate while their homemade waffle mix and miso butter are infused with matcha powder.
