 Strawberry Banana Super Smoothie by The Superfood Grocer Philippines

 

Time again for another Supercharged Smoothie by The Superfood Grocer Philippines!

Strawberry Banana Super Smoothie (photos by Mae Ilagan):

Ingredients: 

2 over ripped bananas
7-8 medium sized fresh strawberries
125g plain yogurt
1 tsp Maca Power (energy booster, deeper sleep, faster recovery, Peruvian Superfood!)
1 Tbsp Organic Coconut sugar (lowest GI level good for diabetics)
1/2 cup water of Buko Juice
4-5 pcs of ice cubes

Procedure:
– place all ingredients in a blender and blend til smooth
– enjoy!!!!
