Breakfast and Baon? Nothing Beats Chicken Tocino and Longanisa!

I used to always have a hard time preparing breakfast. It is very important for me because I’m the one who feeds my 8-year-old brother before he goes to school. I’ve tried and experimented on different meals, but it’s not easy finding delicious “ulam” I know he’ll always like.

Lately, though, I discovered Suy Foods, a new local brand, and I thought I’d give it a try.

Suy Foods offers Chicken Tocino and Longganisa. It is halal certified and comes in different flavors like Spanish Style, Curry, Spicy, Teriyaki, Smoked, and with cheese.

The Original Flavor for the Longanisa is perfect for kids. It is not too sweet like some products in the market today and you can really taste the freshness of the chicken.

If you are feeling a little adventurous and want something more flavorful, you can try the Longganisa in Curry flavor. This can look a little weird in the packaging as it is very yellow, but that is because of the curry marinade that makes it really tasty. Surprisingly, we really liked this flavor. It’s chicken curry in strips!

Tocino is a fridge must-have in our household and I found that Suy Food’s Chicken Tocino is perfect for us. I love how sugary the chicken is and doesn’t just look like fried chicken fillet. I cut it up into small pieces. The chicken is very tender and is cut thinly making it easier to cook.
