Just recently, former One Direction band member ZAYN and Taylor Swift released their first-ever collaboration on a song, titled “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” as part of the upcoming release of the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel, Fifty Shades Darker. ZAYN and Taylor are BFFs by connection (well, kinda) as Zayn’s girlfriend, model Gigi Hadid is one of Taylor Swift’s besties.

But now, ZAYN has gone all rouge again, as he just released a solo recording of him doing an acoustic version of the sultry track, on the same day Taylor also released a snippet of her practicing an acoustic version of the song. With ZAYN though, the piece comes along with a release on his YouTube channel of a grainy, dramatic video of him recording.
This much we can say, though. ZAYN really can sing. Whew. Watch the video here:
