Stress is something I’m sure we are all familiar with. As someone who also works in an FMCG company, I’m often exposed to a high pressure and fast-paced environment. While occasional stress is not necessarily a bad thing, it’s still good to have moments to step back and unwind.

Aside from traveling, I love treating myself and going on spa days. Nothing beats a good pampering by getting a quality massage or an exfoliating body scrub. Luckily, I’ve recently discovered a relaxation spot in the middle of the city: Z Wellness Spa.

As soon as you enter Z Wellness Spa, you will immediately feel the radiant and relaxing vibe.

Their lounge area is well-lit and they even have a TV that plays informative videos about their services and the benefits of wellness.

I certainly did not mind waiting for my appointment in this area because I also got the chance to check out some of Z Spa’s products, like the Stress Away Balm, Sore Muscle Rub, Anti Stress Essential Oils and other natural healing products.

Moreover, the overall design and ambiance of the place are conducive to the kind of pampering afternoon I was looking forward to. Just walking through the hallways already made me excited!

Since I availed of the Stress Away Package, I was led into a luxurious suite for an afternoon of treating my body. Needless to say, the suite is perfect for people like me who want privacy.

It has its own bathtub, shower, and sauna. First, I decided to sweat out all of the toxins in my body with a 15-minute sauna session. This experience felt like all the the negative energy in my body was released. Afterwards, the bubble bath allowed me to cool down and feel refreshed.

Now that I was relaxed, it felt like it was time to loosen up all of my tight muscles. Z Spa’s Stress Away Massage is a powerful combination of Lavender, Ylang-Ylang and Wild Orange over 1 and 1/2 hours of Swedish, Shiatsu and Foot reflex. I love the fact that Z Spa uses 100% pure and high grade therapeutic essential oils in all of their signature massages. It made the experience all the more divine!

Although I was not able to try it due to a lack of time, Z Spa also offers hot stone massages perfect for relieving the tension in your muscles, as well as any body pains. I’ve heard feedback that this treatment feels glorious.

If you’re looking to spoil your skin, you can also try one of Z Spa’s many wellness services. I’ve heard that they offer Coffee Body Scrubs that can help break down fat cells, as well as stimulate circulation and metabolism for a firmer skin.

Of course, at the end of the session, they also provide delicious tea. It made me feel like my insides were getting a warm hug. 10/10!

All in all, my experience at Z Spa is one that I will not easily forget. They offer high quality services at reasonable prices. As they say, our bodies are designed to handle stress; but stress is not meant to stay with us. Pamper yourself at Z Spa and you’ll definitely find a treatment that’s perfect for you.
