You May Want to Catch These National Planetarium Full Dome Shows

The revamped National Planetarium has just opened its doors to the public!

Along with this, they launched the new full-dome Planetarium projector, which is reportedly the first in Asia.

The full dome shows will be FREE until April 30.

Here’s the schedule so you can try to catch them all.

To our National Planetarium viewers, here is the program for your information:

Tuesday-Saturday: Planetarium Program:
1st show: 9:00 am – A Planet for Goldilocks
2nd show: 10:30 am – Hayabusa Back to the Earth
3rd show: 1:00 pm – A Planet for Goldilocks
4th show: 2:30 pm – Journey to a Billion Suns
5th show: 4:00 pm – Hayabusa Back to the Earth

Sunday:
1st show: 10:00 am – Journey to a Billion Suns
2nd show: 2:00 pm – Hayabusa Back to the Earth

We are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. The first show will start at 9 am but on Sunday from 10 am. Admission is free of charge from tomorrow March 24 to April 30. There is no need for reservations and we will admit viewers on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is a long line, we will only allow one show per viewer.

The shows are suitable for children from 5 years old and up and regret that we cannot admit children below 5 years old.
