The National Library, located in Ermita on a portion of Rizal Park facing T.M. Kalaw Avenue, now opens its door to everyone who wants to visit for FREE!

The library used to collect a small fee for a library card, which gives access to readers who wants to check out their collections.

Now, all you have to do is show your ID and you can already access their books, other reading materials, and multimedia materials.

They made the following announcement on their Facebook Page.
