Here Are the Winners of the 79th Tony Awards

It’s time for the 79th Annual Tony Awards!

The annual awards ceremony, held on June 7 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, honored and recognized artists, creatives, and crew members for their outstanding contributions to the theater industry.

The Lost Boys, the stage adaptation of the 1987 vampire film, and Schmigadoon!, the Broadway adaptation of the 2021 musical comedy television series of the same name, earned 12 nominations each. However, it was Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman that took home the most awards of the night.

Meanwhile, both leads of the 2025 Broadway revival of RagtimeCaissie Levy and Joshua Henry—won Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical and Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical, respectively. Levy portrayed Mother, while Henry took on the role of Coalhouse Walker Jr.

  • Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role (Musical): Ali Louis Bourzgui, The Lost Boys
  • Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role (Musical): Shoshana Bean, The Lost Boys
  • Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role (Play): Alden Ehrenreich, Becky Shaw
  • Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role (Play): Laurie Metcalf, Death of a Salesman
  • Best Revival (Musical): Ragtime
  • Best Revival (Play): Death of a Salesman
  • Best Direction (Musical): Zhailon Levingston and Bill Rauch, Cats: The Jellicle Ball
  • Best Direction (Play):  Joe Mantello, Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman
  • Best Book (Musical): Schmigadoon!, Cinco Paul
  • Best Original Score: Schmigadoon!, Cinco Paul
  • Best Choreography: Omari Wiles and Arturo Lyons, Cats: The Jellicle Ball
  • Best Orchestrations: Doug Besterman and Mike Morris, Schmigadoon!
  • Best Scenic Design (Musical): Dane Laffrey, The Lost Boys
  • Best Scenic Design (Play): Chloe Lamford, Death of a Salesman
  • Best Costume Design (Musical): Qween Jean, Cats: The Jellicle Ball
  • Best Costume Design (Play): Jeff Mahshie, Fallen Angels
  • Best Lighting Design (Musical): Jen Schriever and Michael Arden, The Lost Boys
  • Best Lighting Design (Play): Jack Knowles, Death of a Salesman
