What’s With Wine: Bespoke Wine Tasting and Pairing at The Blackboard
Wine lover or not, it is without a doubt that this new event promoting The Blackboard’s selected wine collection will surely teach you more about what wine is all about. Plus, you’ll get to explore the best pairings for wine.
The Blackboard collaborated with Yats Wine Cellars for this perfect setup of hyping up one’s dining experience with both good food and fine-tasting wine. The great thing about this setup is that it gives The Blackboard diners the opportunity to explore wine pairings that suit their personal tastes.
During the event, canapes were offered, such as mini smoked salmon quiche, tuna and sesame tartar in a shot glass and ebiko, chicken liver parfait topped with caramelized honey-grenadine onions, eggplant Caviar in a Chinese spoon, poached salmon quenelles and wasabi mayonaise made by Chef Michel Cottabaren of The Blackboard.
One can choose from The Blackboard’s flexible menu, which changes everyday, and pair it with red and white wine selections by Yats Wine Cellars.
