There’s really no stopping the ultimate song of the summer. Aside from the countless covers from many different artists from around the world its gotten, to sax covers, and even being translated to Gaelic, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s Despacito (and okay, featuring Justin Bieber), really is killing it. And why not? The song really is catchy. Which says a lot cos most of us don’t even understand the originally Spanish lyrics of the song (don’t worry, not even the Biebs gets it).
But did you imagine Despacito ever being translated into a cello and piano piece? That may somehow sound odd, but guess what. It actually works. Or maybe because it’s Brooklyn Duo who did the cover, one of YouTube’s most popular instrumental music channels.
