It was a battle of friends at the all-Swiss final of the 2017 Indian Wells Masters, but in the end only one man took home the trophy.
No. 9 ranked Roger Federer beat his fellow countryman and no. 3 seed Stan Wawrinka, 6-4, 7-5, to win his fifth Indian Wells title.
During his post-game speech at the awarding ceremony, a crying Wawrinka congratulated Federer on an amazing run and used an expletive at him to the amusement of many. The camera panned to Federer who was obviously laughing at the remark.

Wawrinka and Federer are great friends off the court so it was a light-hearted moment to see some smiles and laughs from both competitors.
Who were you rooting for in the finals, Fed or Stan?
