I grew up with Jurassic Park. In fact, dinosaurs were my life when I was a grade schooler, all thanks to that movie that wowed us all during a time when wowing someone wasn’t really possible on a daily basis.
As such, it should come as no surprise that I still get excited whenever Jurassic movies come out. Universal Pictures has just shared “A Look Inside Featurette” for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom with no less than original Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg introducing the video (talk about nostalgia!). He is later joined by Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow and Fallen Kingdom helmer, J.A. Bayona.
Check out the featurette here (and watch Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in Philippine cinemas June 6, 2018):
Of course, stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will be returning for this movie alongside executive producers Steven Spielberg and Colin Trevorrow. This time around, they will be joined by co-stars James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, while BD Wong and Jeff Goldblum (this guy is legendary!) reprise their roles.

The movie takes place four years after the theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment. Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles.
When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event. Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.
With all of the wonder, adventure and thrills synonymous with one of the most popular and successful franchises in cinema history, this all-new motion-picture event sees the return of favorite characters and dinosaurs—along with new breeds more awe-inspiring and terrifying than ever before. I cannot wait for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is distributed in the Philippines by United International Pictures through Columbia Pictures.
