With the launch of Apple Pay in the country, Chinabank cardholders are set to enjoy a smoother and more convenient payment experience, with features tailored to their needs while still enjoying all the rewards and benefits that come with their cards.

For those paying in-store, customers can use their Apple devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac) by simply double-clicking the side button, authenticating with Face ID, Touch ID, or their device passcode, and holding their device near the payment terminal to make contactless payments. There’s no need to create a new account or repeatedly enter personal information and card details to complete a purchase.

The best part? Every purchase is secure because it is authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode, as well as a one-time unique dynamic security code.

Setting up Apple Pay on your devices? On iPhone, simply open the Wallet app, tap the “+” button, and follow the steps to add your Chinabank credit or debit card. Once a customer adds a card to their iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac, they can start using Apple Pay on that device right away.

Apple Pay is accepted at grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and many other places that accept contactless payments.
