Gwyneth Paltrow is a busy woman. When she’s not playing Iron Man’s Pepper Potts; she’s busy with her business, her children, and her other projects. And with how big the Marvel Cinematic Universe has gotten, it can definitely confuse a girl with so much on her plate.
In one episode of The Chef Show where director and actor Jon Favreau (better known as Iron Man’s Happy Hogan) was hosting, he brought up filming ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ with Gwyneth, and she was at a complete loss! It took her a while to realize that the scene at the end of the movie wasn’t for an ‘Avengers’ movie but for ‘Spider-Man’.

Goop’s confusion with things related to Marvel don’t stop there, either. At a recently surfaced video from a live stream of the ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ party, Gwyneth is heard asking co-star Chris Pratt (Peter Quill) who Sebastian Stan was. Pratt then explains to her that Sebastian plays Bucky, the Winter Soldier.

It’s completely understandable seeing as they’ve never actually had a scene together, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe is this big monster of a thing, after all; so we definitely get where Gwyneth is coming from. We’ll miss her and the Stark fam when the MCU starts their new phase after the premiere of ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home‘.
