Glastonbury is arguably the best music festival anywhere in the world. Arguably. But thousands and thousands of people from all around the world flock to Pilton, Somerset in the UK every year just for this festival, so that’s saying something. And only the best of the best perform here, too.
This year’s festival saw performances of Chvrches, Coldplay, Bastille, Tom Odell, Disclosure, Of Monsters and Men, to name a very few. Oh and Adele was there, too. And she killed it. The British songstress sang one of her classic hits from album 21, Someone Like You. It was an emotional moment, with the crowd singing along at the top of their lungs. Adele, terribly moved by the grandeur of it all (Glastonbury, hello!), couldn’t help but shed a tear.
