If Stranger Things is the breakout television show of the year then we got to hand it to The Chainsmokers’ hit song Closer as the breakout song of the year. I mean, if you didn’t hear it at least ten times a day, randomly, all around town when it was first released then I don’t know where you’ve been hiding.
Of course, along with the song’s popularity, comes a ton of covers by different artists online. But, released just a few days ago, this 50s retro cover of the song got our attention with its unique arrangement and classy old-school vibe.
