WATCH: ’13 Reasons Why’ Star Katherine Langford’s Deleted Scene in ‘Avengers: Endgame’

A lot of fans looked for ’13 Reasons Why’ star Katherine Langford when ‘Avengers: Endgame’ came out earlier this year. Katherine never released a statement to our knowledge, simply leaving cryptic Instagram stories relating to Avengers. This made some of her fans theorize that her cameo was so short, we might’ve just missed it. Others thought she may not have even been cast to begin with.

Some, however, assumed that her scene didn’t make it into the final cut of the movie. And with the release of Disney Plus (sadly still not available here in the Philippines) yesterday, this has proven to be true with the deleted scene now available on the app. It turns out she was set to play a grown-up version of Morgan Stark, Tony Stark’s daughter, in a vision that Tony has after snapping his fingers while wearing the Infinity Gauntlet. You may watch the deleted scene here for now:

In the commentary, Joe Russo explains why the scene was deleted: “We felt it ground the movie to a halt and we felt he did something similar in the next sequence when he gives his own eulogy. What can happen in a film this big is you can have ending after ending after ending and it starts to feel like the movie’s never going to end.”

Did you think it was the right move to delete this scene from the final movie?
