Maris Racal celebrated another career milestone!

On Instagram, she happily shared that she won her first-ever Best Actress Award at the 6th Pinoy Rebyu Awards for her impressive acting performance in the film “Sunshine.”

“My first Best Actress WIN,” she captioned her post.
Prior to receiving her award, the actress was applauded for her stellar performance in “Sunshine,” which bagged numerous awards like Crystal Bear for Best Film at the Berlin International Film Festival.
For the coming-of-age film, she played the role of a gymnast who found out that she was pregnant on the week of the national tryouts.
Following this achievement, celebrities and fans alike sent their congratulatory messages to the 28-year-old actress.
“Congratulations @mariesteller. So proud of you!” Charo Santos wrote.
“So proud of you! First of many!!!” Darla commented.
A fan said: “Kahit sa Incognito! Ikaw ang best actress! Galing mo dun iba ibang personality! Deserved.”
Maris Racal is an actress-singer who rose to mainstream prominence after joining “Pinoy Big Brother: All In.” After her PBB stint, she starred in numerous television projects, such as “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “Incognito,” and “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” among others.
