A new era of breakthroughs is underway for the five members of Pinoy Pop (P-pop) boy group VXON, who are kicking off the new year with a major milestone: their first solo concert, Kalawakan. Since their debut in 2022, VXON has proven that there are no limits to what they can do as P-pop artists. C13, Franz, Patrick, Vince, and Sam have consistently pushed the envelope of their artistry with diverse genres and themes, giving their signature upbeat sound a distinct edge in every comeback.

We can’t wait to watch all the show-stopping numbers and surprises that the group has in store for VIXIEs (and P-pop stans in general) at Kalawakan next month. It goes without saying that the boys’ exceptional talent, passion, and charisma will shine onstage, alongside their multifaceted discography.
As we count down the days leading up to VXON’s first concert at the SM North EDSA Skydome, here are five of the group’s songs that encapsulate their admirable journey in the local music scene:
“SSP (Saksak Sa Puso)”
“Saksakan ng sama, nagkamaling akala, ‘di na pala tayo nagtugma.”
In 2024, VXON vividly portrayed the weight of betrayal in “SSP (Saksak Sa Puso),” one of their most successful songs to date. The group explored its intense and brooding side with soul-crushing lyrics and choreography that packs a punch.
“SSP (Saksak Sa Puso)” is one of the lead singles from VXON’s first studio album, 20:20. The track’s cinematic music video, which stars Jasmine “Jaz” Henry of G22, doesn’t hold back on expressing the pain of falling victim to a vindictive and two-faced mastermind whom you once trusted wholeheartedly.
“Sandal”
“Sumandal ka lang, sabay sa agos ng problema, dito lang ako para masandalan mo lang.”
Another standout single on 20:20 is “Sandal,” a groovy R&B track that helps you let go of all your doubts and troubles. Listening to this song mirrors the experience of talking to your best friend, significant other, or any special someone in your life with a shoulder you can lean on without hesitation.
If “SSP (Saksak Sa Puso)” showcases VXON’s daring and dramatic energy, “Sandal” proves that the group can also be effortlessly captivating. The boys know a thing or two about expanding their range as performers, and every song in 20:20 can definitely attest to that.
“Dapat Lang Ako Lang”
“Puwede mo namang sabihin sa’kin, pinipili mo at natatangi, tadhana tayong dalawa.”
VXON is bringing fun and heartfelt vibes to VIXIEs in the group’s latest single, “Dapat Lang Ako Lang.” If you’re a sucker for reassurance and romantic gestures, this song will become an instant addition to the soundtrack of your love life.
There’s also a lot to adore about the song’s sweet and sentimental music video—from its bright, dreamy atmosphere to the group’s irresistible charm.
“Dulo”
“Hindi sigurado kung saan man patungo, laging tandaan, walang mag-iiwanan.”
If there’s any song that VIXIEs are bound to shed a tear to at Kalawakan, it has to be “Dulo.” The self-penned soft rock song marks VXON’s first anniversary as a P-pop group, capturing the members’ ups and downs, as well as their core memories, in a way that will tug at your heartstrings.
In “Dulo,” the group promises their fans and one another that no one will get left behind in their journey. Wherever life takes them, amid countless struggles and hardships, VXON is in it for the long haul, and so are their ever-supportive VIXIEs.
“The Beast”
“Pabagsakin ‘tong mga bumubulong, sa salita ko lang sila makukulong.”
Nothing can hold VXON back from reaching its full potential, and “The Beast” gets that point across. The group’s debut single is groundbreaking in every sense of the word, giving fans a glimpse into their consistently evolving sound as the “Monsters of P-pop.”
“The Beast” signifies VXON’s determination to make their mark as local artists who aren’t afraid to experiment and forge their own path together. VIXIEs will be in for a full-circle moment at Kalawakan if the boys perform the song four years after its release.
