And who would ever say no to Japanese food? No one, for sure. Like many of the other diners that time, we, too, indulged in different variations of sushi, maki, and sashimi. We could tell that they were made of fresh and high-quality ingredients. They were also skillfully prepared. This, we could tell by the impressive knife work, as well as the preciseness of each piece we had.
We also enjoyed eating shrimp tempura. We liked the fact that each piece was battered and deep-fried the right way. Every piece was fresh and light, too. The tempura came with great-tasting sauce, as well.
The meat lovers in us also screamed in delight as we saw a wide selection of meat dishes. Sure, we sampled lots of them and had no regrets. Each slice of meat was perfectly cooked, so we could chew them effortlessly. They were also bathed in rich sauces, which made us really happy and satisfied.
To complete the dining experience, we also stuffed our mouths with different kinds of desserts. Among our favorites was halo-halo, which we were able to customize. We had the liberty to put as much leche flan, ube, and ice cream as we liked.
In the end, we were so full and happy. We could not get over the fact that we were able to try all of those dishes without having to fly elsewhere. We realized, too, how amazing Vikings really is. It was all we needed to have a superb andhassle-free weekend food trip. Sure, it would also be a great idea to celebrate your birthday and other occasions here.
