Vice Ganda and Ion Perez recently celebrated their fourth anniversary in Tiaong, Quezon, and Vice gave the sweetest gift to commemorate the occasion.
In a vlog she posted on November 7, Vice shared clips of their vacation surrounded by nature as they stayed with close friends in a spacious and cozy pool villa. She also included the video surprise that their friends prepared for them that chronicled their relationship journey as well as heartfelt messages from their “It’s Showtime” family and blood relatives.
In the end, Vice and Ion gave speeches to each other, thanking each other for all the love, security, and strength throughout the years. Vice then brought out a box with a diamond ring inside to give to Ion as a reminder of how happy he had made her throughout their relationship.
“Andami kong happy moments in life, andami kong moments na proud na proud ako, andami kong moments na hanggang ngayon binibitbit ko na nagpapasaya ng puso ko. Pero isa sa pinakamahalagang moment ng buhay ko … na maging malimutin man ako, ito ‘yung isang bagay na napapangalangin kong sana ‘wag malawa sa memorya ko, sa alaala ko, ‘yung ‘yung alaala na isang araw binigyan mo ako ng singsing. That was one moment na ni hindi ko naisip na mangyayari sa buhay kong ito. Nag-propose siya sa akin.”
Vice revealed that no one knew about the proposal apart from very close people because she had all videos and pictures deleted to prevent the news from being shared with the general public. She added that she wears the engagement ring every day to remind herself that she is special and loved.
It’s because of this that she gave Ion a diamond ring to remind him every day of the happiness that he gave her.
“Gusto kong magbigay ng ganito sa’yo to remind you everyday ‘yung mga masayang moments na ipinaramdam mo sa akin nung sinuot mo [‘yung singsing] sa kamay ko,” Vice told him. “Araw-araw nararamdaman ko ‘yon at gusto ko araw-araw maramdaman mo rin yon.”
“This is to remind you of my love for you, my gratefulness to you, basta lahat. This is to remind you of me — of you and me.”

Vice and Ion confirmed their relationship in 2019 a year after they started dating. They then tied the knot in a Las Vegas wedding commitment ceremony in February 2022.
