Ayala Malls Manila Bay is serving up new opportunities for Filipinos to discover and embrace tennis with the launch of Tennis Homecourt at Ayala Malls Manila Bay—a regulation-standard tennis court developed in partnership with leading Philippines-based tennis academy Austennis, set to open later this year.
The announcement was made during the Globe Homecourt event at Glorietta, which celebrated Alex Eala’s achievements in tennis and inspired more Filipinos to pick up a racket and get into the sport.

“Our hope is that Tennis Homecourt encourages even more people to give the sport a try—to build confidence, make new friends, and discover a lasting love for the game,” says Mariana Zobel de Ayala, Ayala Land’s senior vice president and head of leasing and hospitality. “At Ayala Malls, we’re proud to build spaces where people gather around shared loves across all rackets, sports, and passions.”
Ayala Malls Manila Bay is home to three permanent Homecourt facilities: Table Tennis Homecourt, Taekwondo Homecourt, and the Sports Center, which hosts multiple disciplines, including basketball, chess, pickleball, and fencing, as well as a growing lineup of emerging sports.

Since its launch in 2023, Homecourt has transformed 7,000 square meters of Ayala Malls Manila Bay into community-driven sports venues. To date, it has hosted over 450 daily workshops, weekend tournaments, and mall-led programs, as well as major national and international sporting events such as FIBA and UAAP tournaments, Batang Pinoy, the Philippine National Games, the ASEAN Taekwondo Championships, and the South East Asian Fencing Championships.
