Verdure Italian Restaurant is the in-house restaurant of The Greenery Resort in Bulacan. Even if you’re not checked in or staying in the resort, this Italian restaurant is still worth visiting just for a delicious and elegant meal.
Verdure takes pride in offering authentic Italian meals in such a sophisticated environment. When we went to dine at Verdure, I truly loved the elegant vibe of the space, especially when there are huge windows that show off the lush greenery right outside.
It’s such a relaxing food spot that’s perfect for an excellent date night!
Verdure also offers a gastronomic menu with Italian classics and a few Pinoy favorites in case you’re looking for familiar comfort food.
Here’s what we tried at Verdure Italian Restaurant:
For a feast at an Italian restaurant, of course, we had to try their pizza. We ordered the All-Cheese Pizza which features fresh and grated mozzarella, pecorino, and Grana Padano perfectly blended and melted on top of a savory pizza crust.
This is definitely a must-try but if you’re not into all-cheese pizza, they also have the classic Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas.
One dish that was an unexpected surprise is Verdure’s Caesar Salad. Sure, you can enjoy caesar salad in most restaurants, but Verdure offers a massive serving that’s good for 2 to 3 people. It’s also overloaded with lettuce, honey-cured bacon, shaved Parmigiano, and pesto-coated bread.
This caesar salad is a far cry from the usual servings that are all leaves with just a few pieces of bacon. Verdure’s Caesar Salad is super filling and can stand on its own as a full meal.
For the mains, we enjoyed the Baked Pork Ribs which were truly fall-off-the-bone ribs. It was so tender, the meat is juicy, and the sauce is bursting with flavor.
We also tried the classic Chicken Parmigiana which was perfectly cooked and offers a crunch in each juicy bite. I also loved the flavorful sauce and the oozing melted cheese on top of it. You can have it with rice or pasta!

Speaking of pasta, Verdure also offers a delicious selection of pasta: Lapu-Lapu Linguini, Creamy Seafood Penne, and Spaghetti Polpette.
If you’re not into Italian dishes, you can also enjoy comfort food such as their indulgent Cheeseburger or the Tapa rice meal for an all-day breakfast option.
