Vanessa Hudgens just shared a big life update—and it’s one that her fans were quick to celebrate. The High School Musical star announced on Instagram that she has officially welcomed her second child with her husband, baseball player Cole Tucker.

On Instagram, Hudgens is seen resting in a hospital bed while holding Tucker’s hand. Alongside it, she wrote: “Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do.”

She also added a lighthearted moment from the delivery room. The actress revealed she popped a blood vessel in her eye during labor, joking: “Labor. Poppin’ out babies and blood vessels. LOL.”
Hudgens first shared that she was expecting again back in July, releasing a photo set proudly showing her baby bump. This comes a year after she and Tucker welcomed their first child in 2024.
The couple’s relationship has been followed by fans since 2020, when they were first spotted holding hands in Los Angeles. They went Instagram official on Valentine’s Day 2021, got engaged in early 2023, and tied the knot later that year in Mexico.
Hudgens rose to fame as Gabriella Montez in High School Musical and has since taken on a range of film projects, including The Princess Switch, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Bad Boys for Life, and Tick, Tick… Boom!.
