Unlimited Flights for Life: AirAsia Honors Hidilyn Diaz With Lifetime of Free Flights

Following Hidilyn Diaz’s big win at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, people and companies have rallied behind the athlete, showering her not just with support, but with gifts as well. Airline company AirAsia is the latest to show their support, announcing that they are honoring the Filipino Olympic gold medalist by giving her a lifetime of unlimited free flights.

This is not the first time AirAsia has recognized the athlete’s success. Diaz also received a gift of five years unlimited flights from the airline when she bagged silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

AirAsia Philippines Spokesperson Steve Dailisan has shared, “We in AirAsia would like to congratulate Hidilyn for her wonderful achievement of representing our country and earning our very first Gold medal in the Olympics. We thank Hidilyn for being an inspiration to the Filipino people and for uplifting our spirits.”
