Tyra Banks Loves Paolo Ballesteros’ #MakeupTransformation

We’ve all known about host Paolo Ballesteros and his skills in makeup. With a few deft strokes, he can look like Marilyn Monroe, Mariah Carey, Katy Perry, Jennifer Lawrence, Megan Fox, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and many more. And a lot of his looks are convincing.

We Filipinos are used to it, but international media is going crazy over his looks. Websites like The Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan, MTV, and The Today Show are featuring the host and his #makeuptransformation. In fact, he even has an interview request from TMZ, the celebrity news website.

But the biggest nod Paolo has received is from America’s Next Top Model host and Queen of Camp Tyra Banks. In a Facebook post, Tyra praised Paolo’s #makeuptransformation of her, saying “I think he did a great job of looking like me. But maybe if he’d have used #TYRAbeauty makeup, he woulda been more successful.” And for a makeup junkie like Paolo, receiving praise from Tyra is a big thing, especially since Tyra heavily features makeup on her reality show, and even dabbles in it.

Since posting, Tyra’s post received 123,270 likes, 3,820 shares, and 2,745 comments.

Does this mean there’s a possibility that Paolo will be doing makeup for the new season of ANTM? Just imagine Paolo making the male contestants look like female celebrities! It could be a thing, you know. Tyra seems to have an Asian persuasion. In 2011, she featured Bench underwear on her show, and included model Georgina Wilson. She has featured Michael Cinco many times, and has worn Rajo Laurel’s clothes. Just recently, she followed Wilson, Megan Young, Kim Chiu, Anne Curtis, Marian Rivera, Jennylyn Mercado, Lovi Poe, Solenn Heussaff, and Isabelle Daza on Instagram.
