Chicken is versatile enough that it can be prepared in so many ways. If you’re looking for something light in flavor but is comforting nonetheless, Tuen Mun Roasts has exactly that. Making up the third restaurant of the trifecta that includes Eat Fresh and Shiok Shiok, Tuen Mun offers Hong Kong-style roasts with your choice of rice or noodles to go with it.
In Tuen Mun, you can get roast duck, pork asado, and even white chicken! Compared to Hainanese Chicken, white chicken has a milder flavor since it’s not as fatty, and comes with a ginger sauce or spring onions. This makes it the perfect choice for those who want a dish without very strong flavors.
They are open from 10AM to 7PM everyday, and you have the choice of ordering for delivery via GrabFood or your choice of third-party courier. If you’re near or in the Banawe area, you can also drop by their store. You’d better look carefully, though. Their shop is tiny, so you might just miss it.
