Tom is definitely no stranger to theater. He has won an award for his breakout performance in Shakesperean play Cymbeline in 2007 and has acted in many others, including Hamlet, Coriolanus, Othello and The Children’s Monologues. This is, however, his first ever Broadway show.

The UK-based actor is set to star in the revival of Harold Pinter’s Betrayal later this year where he will be taking on the leading role of Robert. The story displays a series of deception and infidelity that takes place across seven years as Robert’s wife, Emma (Zawe Ashton, Wanderlust), maintains a long-term affair with his friend, Jerry (Charlie Cox, Daredevil).

Betrayal will have a limited 17-week run at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in New York City beginning August 14, with an official opening set on September 5. It will be directed and produced by Jamie Lloyd.
