We like images of different kinds of animals getting along — whether it’s a dog and a cat, a horse and a monkey and what-have-you, but this bond between a tigress and little piglets definitely tugs at the heartstrings.
According to a post on Facebook by Allen Marshall, the tigress apparently lost her cubs from premature labor, which resulted to a rapid decline in her health, and was soon diagnosed with depression. In an effort to raise the tiger mother’s health, those taking care of the tiger dressed up piglets in tiger cloth, and in no time, were treated by the tiger as her own cubs.
