This New Climbing Workout Can Burn Up to 800 Calories in 30 Minutes

Rise Nation is a climbing workout that offers an incredible cardio exercise using a versa climb machine. It can look intimidating at first but it’s actually a fun workout that can burn up to 800 calories in just 30 minutes.

The whole workout session is just 30 minutes. It is a high-intensity, low-impact, and full-body-versa climber workout. The whole session is like a dance party. With the amazing playlist and matching lights, you can move with the beat and push yourself to keep moving.

The workout targets the delts, biceps, triceps, lats, obliques, traverse abdominis, quads, glutes and calves. A perfect full body workout that you can do even just for your lunch break or to start your day.

The Versaclimb helps with posture and spine alignment. It engages the whole body while keeping it fun and zero-impact.

The workout also adjusts to your liking as you can fix the resistance knob depending on your liking. Though the machine looks a little bit tall, you can adjust the handle bars so you can comfortably reach and move. You just have to strap your feet on the paddles and hold the handle bars to engage your whole body.
