These 5 Pinoy Indie Movies Will be Available For Free Streaming This Month!

If you’re looking for new titles to stream this month, we have great news for you: Cinema One Originals is streaming five titles this month and they’re absolutely free!

Starting today (October 14) to November 2, you can stream Violator, which won Best Picture at the Cinema One Originals Festival in 2014. The movie synopsis goes, “five men find themselves stranded inside a police station with a prisoner who may or may not be the devil. It’s going to be a long night.”

From October 16 to November 2, you can also watch Mariquina, which won Best Supporting Actress for Barbie Forteza at the Cinemalaya in 2014. The movie follows the story of a Marikina shoemaker’s daughter, who must come to terms with her father’s death by suicide.

From October 21 to November 2, you can stream Last Supper No. 3 and Melodrama Negra. Last Supper No. 3 won Best Film at the Cinemalaya in 2009, and tells the story of an assistant production designer who must contend with the Philippine legal system. Meanwhile, Melodrama Negra won Best Supporting Actress for Ria Garcia and the Audience Choice Award at the Cinema One Originals in 2012.

These four films join Di Ingon ‘Nato, which was made available for streaming on October 7. The film is set in a remote village in the Visayas, where villagers are stricken by an unknown disease that lets the dead rise from their graves.

These movies will be available for free streaming at Cinema One’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/CinemaOnePH.
