Originating from american midwestern culture in the 1960’s and 70’s, Hippie Fest as a gathering soon started to emerge all around the globe. It aims to promote a free-spirited environment that caters only to peace, love and joy. This time around, Hippie Fest Philippines strives to celebrate this kind of event that vibrantly revels in music and art, all while being one with nature.

The event will feature different live indie bands, Wonderwild open mic, performances, local artisan shops and family-friendly activities such as healing art activities, arts & crafts and bonfire night. Featured bands are mixed with reggae, folk, tribal, and rock genres such as Kosmik Karma, Blessed Juan, Lila Blanca, Yun, Marlon Bermudez at ang Minokaua, Mijon, and Ind!o.

To commemorate their eco advocacy of sustainability and zero-waste, the festival is set to come to life on October 1-2, 2022 at Tahana Hiraya, San Luis, Batangas. A safe paradise-like camping ground and open woodland space that will surely plunge festival goers to access one’s inner nature and find solace.

Prepare to be surrounded with peace and love as this will be a free two-day event open to all ages and even for fur babies, but donation of either cash, art materials or food ingredients is a must upon entrance.

Having a problem with transportation on the way to the venue? Participants can join the Hippie Bus ride along with artists and fellow hippies. Those who wish to join can register at an earlier date and will be offered an exclusive early bird promo of Php700 for the back-and-forth trip. Experience a Bohemian event and wear your hippie style at Hippie Fest Philippines. Camp, jam, and be one with Nature.

This event is in partnership with Indie Green Culture, 420 Philippines, and Indie Lifestyle production, supported by AMA Lights and Sounds, Ilya, Meditate Pinas, Medcann Partylist, Tahana Hiraya, and Brgy. Mahabang Parang.
