The Farm at San Benito, the world-renowned, multi-awarded eco-luxury holistic medical wellness resort in Lipa City, Batangas, recently opened two new restaurants.
Souffle De Vie is a French fine-dining restaurant, while The Upperdeck offers wholefood, farm-fresh, Mediterranean, and heart-healthy dishes. Both restaurants and the rest of The Farm’s dining destinations are open to everyone, even those not staying at the resort.

Souffle De Vie, meaning “breath of life,” promises an exceptional French fine-dining experience. The menu highlights seasonal, fresh, and organic ingredients from The Farm’s on-site vegetable and herb garden, complemented by pasture-raised chicken, wild-caught seafood, and grass-fed meat carefully selected from local and international producers.
Some of Souffle De Vie’s signature dishes are:
- Burrata et tomates (burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil pesto)
- Soupe à l’oignon gratinée (French onion soup with beef stock)
- Faux filet grillé (grilled beef tenderloin with mashed potato)
- Côtelette d’agneau (flame-grilled lamb chops in red wine sauce)
- Gâteau a la pistache, sauce cerise et glace au miel (pistachio cake with cherry sauce and pistachio ice cream)

The Upperdeck celebrates the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine through a farm-to-table philosophy. Its menu features fresh, locally sourced vegetables, herbs, pasture-raised organic chicken, and various wholesome, well-balanced dishes.
Some of The Upperdeck’s signature dishes are:
- Superfood Salad (a colorful salad featuring nutrient-dense foods like kale, spinach, avocado, quinoa, berries, nuts, and seeds with lemon dressing)
- Chicken Kibbeh with Hummus & Tabbouleh (ground chicken mixed with bulgur wheat, onions, and spices served with chickpea hummus and tabbouleh salad)
- Lemon Herb Roast Chicken (roast chicken infused with citrus flavors and aromatic herbs)
Souffle De Vie and The Upperdeck join The Farm’s wellness dining options, including ALIVE!, which offers whole food, plant-based living foods, and gourmet cuisine; PRANA, an Indian-vegetarian restaurant inspired by Ayurveda; and PESCE, a pescetarian restaurant inspired by the Blue Zone® diet.
