Team Training at F45 is Fun & Life Changing: The 3 Reasons Why

Team Training at F45 is Fun & Life Changing: The 3 Reasons Why

f45

It’s almost December, the season of pig outs, additional weight and full tummies. Lucky for us, there are still a few months left to prepare for this. Got to lose some pounds to give way for more when the holiday seasons starts, right? 🙂

f45

But no, seriously. Its true what they say about health. Health is wealth. It is important to listen to your body and take care of it.

f45

Now if you are planning to get fit this year, whether your goal is to lose/add some weight, strengthen your core or increase your endurance, I think I found the perfect place to do it!

f45

It’s at F45!

Here are my reasons why. 🙂

Reason #1: F45 is Fun

f45

I’ve never seen so much smiles while the people there were exercising. I mean who can smile through that when you are sweating and with an aching body? I’ve seen different fitness groups train before.. mostly, I see frowns. But the F45 team, my classmates, are full on smiling while they are cycling and lifting weights. Maybe because, the trainers are shouting, “You can do it!” and “Just a little bit more!” in intervals during the 45minute crunch.

f45

A quick trivia, F45 stands for Functional 45. Workout lasts for 45minutes with varying number of stations depending on the kind of class you are taking.

f45

I’ve just visited the place once and I already made new friends, regulars who had already been there from the start of F45.

f45

Just imagine how much friendships you’ll be able to form if you start your program now… and continue it for a year or so. Answer: Lots!

Reason #2: It’s motivating!

Sometimes, working out alone is discouraging. And probably one of the reasons why people quit early on their routine. I know that cause there was a time I tried before. It didn’t quite work out, cause I ended up saying, “Wag nalang, nakakatamad”.

f45

Since F45 is team training, you get to mingle with different kinds of people who has the same goal as yours— to get fit & be healthy. Naturally then, you have people who’ll cheer you and encourage you to go get your goal. Mas nakakamotivate. Rewarding.

f45

Reason #3: Programs are diverse and challenging.

Romans, Athletica, Hollywood. These are just some of the classes that F45 offers as of now. Romans, I believe, is focused on muscles and weight lifting . Hollywood is for beginners (yay for us!) and Athletica, tests the endurance and is the hardest work out of them all. I was told that they were planning to add more programs soon!

f45

F45 has a total of 10 classes ranging from Tabata, Kickboxing and many more. They would be unveiling these progressively to keep everyone on their toes.

f45
F45 also offers customized work outs catered for your needs. One of the regulars, Aldrin, told me he’s taking one as of the moment, to supplement his tennis playing. He competes and have taken F45’s customised work out so he could be better at this sport.

f45

F45 just opened last March and their numbers are growing. Their classes fills up fast so you have to schedule your sessions in advance. They have a mobile app which you can download from Google Playstore (for Android Users) and iTunes (for Apple Users) so you can book your preferred class. It’s very convenient for those are always on the move and always on their phone.

Thanks F45 Team for being so accommodating!
