Vikings Venue, a newly opened part of Vikings in SM MOA By the Bay, located right beside its flagship store, is the perfect events place for you guys as the only thing that you’ll have to pay for would be the luxurious food buffet; the place comes free.
The walls for the buffet area and waiting area are decorated with light airy colors, and elegant crystal chandeliers. As for the inside part of the function rooms, although adorned with the same colors and crystal decors, it’s arranged in such a way that they resemble that of a very prestigious hotel’s function room.
The walls are soundproofed too, so even if there is a loud party going on in your neighboring hall, it’s no problem at all cause you can’t really hear it. I know because when I was there, there was this Christmas party going on with all the singing and loud mic, and you can hear it outside by the buffet area, but once you get in the function room and they closed the doors, you can barely hear a thing.
They have six function rooms in total which can seat quite the quantity of guests . Function room 1 totals 160 pax, function room 2 can seat up to 80 pax, function room 3 can seat 96, and Function rooms 4,5 and 6 can hold up to 60, 192 and 48 pax respectively.
Of course you would have to call for a reservation 2 weeks before your event, and the rules for reservation are on a first come first serve basis. Also, the minimum number of persons that would have to come in and eat would be 50 pax before they hold your desired function room.
