The Youth Ministry of the St. Paul of the Cross Parish Marikina is inviting all Marikeño youth as they will be holding one of their flagship events, “Parish Youth Day 2019: Balangay”. The Parish Youth Day is already on its 3rd run. The last two (2) were held in years 2013 and 2014. This event is also being done in the vicariate-level, diocesan level, regional, national-level and world-levels. The Youth Days exists due to the Catholic Church’s mission of evangelization and spreading the love of God to all people, especially to the youth whom it embraces with great care and entrusts the ever-relevant mission of Jesus Christ to the communities and the world.
The Parish Youth Day 2019 will be held on April 26-28, 2019, at the St. Paul of the Cross Parish, SSS Village, Marikina City. With the theme “It is I, take courage; do not be afraid.”, PYD serves as an avenue for the youth to experience their faith in concrete terms by undergoing activities like immersions, team-building, youth jam, foster family, and other exciting events.
