‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Breaks Box Office Records In The Philippines

Spider-Man: Far From Home has now been in cinemas for about 3 weeks and in that time it has been able to break four different box office records in the Philippines. With the general love people have for the arachnid hero and audiences eagerly awaiting any and all Marvel content following the completion of the Avengers arc it’s no surprise that Far From Home was lapped up this eagerly.

The Spider-Man sequel was able to gross Php 464.07-million in its first two weeks in the cinemas. This makes it Columbia Pictures’ all-time biggest grossing movie in the Philippines, beating out 2014’s Amazing Spider-Man 2 at Php 451.9-million.
