Smart’s official launch for Deezer was held at W Building BGC’s newest party scene at the penthouse – Raven Boutique Club, which is only less than a month old. When you get invited to a product launch at a new location, you usually get curious about two things: what is expected at the launch and how the location will look. If it matters to you, you will also get to be the “one-who-got-to-go-the-newest-spot-in-the-metro-first-before-most-of-your-friends in the Philippines“.

4. It’s On The House!

Cocktails started as early as 5pm and lasted until around 10pm. My typical drink when watching rock bands usually consists of either beer or a rum mix, but who am I to say no to a free glass of margarita (aside from the fact that a bottle of beer (not included on the free drinks) would have cost me P150)? Other drinks on the house that night included Cosmopolitan, French 75, and more. The launch also served some cocktail party recipes, which promoted the place’s menu.

3. Lots Of Prizes Given Away… Including Xperia Phones!

After each every performance, host Sanya Smith helped pick winners from draw lots where you get to have a chance to win just by choosing a track from Deezer’s chart. Those with calling cards also got to drop them for draw lots and they were flashed on-screen for good business exposure! Speakers were given away, but the most coveted prizes were the Sony Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z2, which can also be availed through Smart’s postpaid bundles in the Philippines.
