If you’re looking for a deeper, more meaningful way to experience Kadayawan this year, step into a space where Davao’s stories are told not through performance, but through paint, form, and texture.
Sining ng Kulay returns to Acacia Hotel Davao in collaboration with the Davao Art Kollective, featuring works by 14 Davaoeño artists. The exhibit offers a thoughtful glimpse into the region’s creative landscape, where identity, culture, and memory unfold across each piece.
This is Kadayawan viewed through a different lens: quieter, intentional, and just as powerful.

Why It Matters During Kadayawan

Kadayawan is often celebrated through gatherings, events, parades, and food, but this exhibit reminds us that culture is also preserved in quiet spaces. Through every canvas, sculpture, or visual piece, Sining ng Kulay 2 captures what Kadayawan truly honors: life, community, memory, and creativity.
This exhibit offers a deeper dive into the narratives that define the region, not just through spectacle, but through introspection and artistic expression.
