Breakfast Pizza (P320) and Roadtrip Draft Beer (P280)
Probably one of the finest pizzas I’ve ever tasted, the breakfast pizza, in its simplicity, is definitely a star. Single Origin uses beer dough, which adds more flavor and body to the crust. I love the combination of the toppings: quail eggs, arugula, bacon and mushrooms. Paired with the Roadtrip, a light, refreshing beer, afternoons become more fun.
Crimsonberry (P125)
Wash everything down with a fruitilicious drink with a mix of fruity and floral notes.
Lemon Waffles (P270)
Single Origin is also known for their waffles. They offer sweet and savory ones, so just pick the one to your liking. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and we got to try the Lemon Waffles. Crisp on the outside, but soft and fluffy in the inside, this waffle is topped with candied lemon strips and whipped cream. The result? A beautiful mingle of sweet and tangy flavors in your mouth.
Blueberry Cream Cheese Waffles (P320)
Being a blueberry fan, I highly recommend their Blueberry Cream Cheese Waffles, too. If this doesn’t turn you into a blueberry fan, I don’t know what else will!
Vanilla Latte (P140)
Request for latte art and the crew will be more than willing to grant it! I love that their latte is not too sweet. In fact, it has just the right level of bitterness.
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake (P195) and Nicaragua Los Altos (P200)
This coffee shop also houses a number of desserts. Although they are just starting to widen their dessert options, the ones on their menu didn’t disappoint. Try this unique cheesecake in a glorious chocolate flavor with candied birds eye chili, hence the “hot” in its name.
A cup of brewed coffee, like the Nicaragua Los Altos coffee, an uber fruity brew, will balance this whole dessert affair.
The coffee was made through the Chemex Brewing method.
Cappuccino Lava Cake (P250)
Their newest baby is this sinful lava cake in a cup. The blend of hot and cold makes this dessert a come-back-for, with moist chocolate cake and chocolate-ier filling inside, a la mode.
Best consumed upon serving.
