As September enters its second half, Shangri-La Plaza celebrates food, drink, and culture with two exciting festivals that are sure to delight guests.
The Mid-Autumn Festival will be in full swing from September 20 to 23at the East Wing, marking the honored Chinese tradition with a vast selection of specialties. Rich, delectable mooncakes, fresh lumpia, and many more Chinese delicacies await visitors at this sumptuous food fest. Crystal accessories and personal care items are sure to captivate, while the plants and pet accessories promise to add warmth to your home. With so many authentic items, this festival offers a memorable cultural experience all under one roof.
The odyssey continues with the World of Wine festival, happening September 28 to 30 at the Grand Atrium. Guests will be able to try wine selections from Marketplace by Rustan’s, sourced from some of the best vineyards around the globe. Talks from local and international winemakers will also take place, while special wine sessions will focus on specific topics, ranging from the specifics of European winemaking to how organic wine is produced. Visitors to this festival will be able to enter the raffle for a chance to win great prizes, from a new iPad to a trip for two to the Lamothe Mansion and Vineyard in France.
