The final trailer for The Conjuring: Last Rites, starring Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson, is now out—and it’s shaping up to be one of the most haunting films yet. Catch it in Philippine cinemas starting September 3, 2025.
From New Line Cinema comes the ninth entry in the over $2 billion (roughly ₱114.33 billion) Conjuring Universe, making it one of the most successful horror franchises of all time. The Conjuring: Last Rites is directed by franchise veteran Michael Chaves and produced by horror masterminds James Wan and Peter Safran.

Based on real events, the film once again follows renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren (Wilson and Farmiga) as they take on their final chilling case. Fans who’ve followed the saga since the first Conjuring in 2013 can expect a thrilling—and terrifying—farewell.

Joining Farmiga and Wilson are Mia Tomlinson and Ben Hardy as Judy Warren and Tony Spera, along with returning cast member Steve Coulter as Father Gordon. The ensemble also includes Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cassidy, Beau Gadsdon, John Brotherton, and Shannon Kook.
Behind the camera, Chaves is backed by Eli Born for cinematography, John Frankish for production design, Elliot Greenberg and Gregory Plotkin for editing, and Benjamin Wallfisch for music—all ensuring that Last Rites will deliver the eerie atmosphere fans have come to love.
