When In Manila, finding an audio dock for your brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 might prove to be a difficult task, I did review one with Bluetooth functionality some time ago, still it is not the same as having one that would actually allow you to dock your Galaxy device. Thankfully, Samsung recognizes the needs of their consumers that are why they developed four new audio docks that not only allows you to dock Samsung devices but would work with your iDevices as well.

Among the four docks two of them are entry level and would cost you 7,990Php to purchase. You have the choice having a horn type dock which is the Samsung DA-E550 or the box type dock which is the Samsung DA-E570. Both of these docks have two main speakers and have a minimalistic design. Their sound quality is pretty good for entry level docks but does lack a subwoofer that gives you that extra bass.

If you wanted one with subwoofer then the Samsung DA-E560 would probably be your pick. Of course be prepared to shell out more if you want one as one of these docks would cost you 12,990Php. The cost is justified since this dock would allow you to plug in tablets as well as USB thumb drives as large as 16GB. It is also equipped with glass fiber speakers that give it that extra durability.
For real audiophiles, Samsung held no punches when it showcased its DA-E750 dock. Apart from subwoofer, this beautifully piano finished work of art has vacuum tubes in it! Giving the dock a warmer tone and insanely detailed music that even musician Jim Paredes commended. Its elegance won’t come cheap though as it is marked with a whopping 29,990Php price tag. Additional features come in the form of Air Play and All Share play which allows you to connect it to your Smart TV with All share capability.
