Moving on to the highlight of the treatment is the massage itself. While the therapist kneaded my whole body like dough, I got to ask her a few questions like which areas to massage if I have a migraine. The therapist was very polite, so I felt really comfortable.

The thing I like about getting a massage is the benefits you get afterwards. Aside from soothing body aches and pain, massages help with blood circulation, stress and unwanted toxins, as well as posture, skin, blood pressure and the immune system.
